Meet Our Midwife

Lauren earned her Master of Nursing degree from the University of Pennsylvania, with dual certification in Midwifery and Women’s Health. She fell in love with the beauty of natural childbirth at the Bumi Sehat Birth Center in Bali, Indonesia, where she was mentored by the renowned Ibu Robin Lim. Since 2018, she has been gently welcoming babies into the world alongside the esteemed Fadwah Halaby, CNM, and the Midwife360 team.

After a two-year sabbatical dedicated to advanced studies, an herbal apprenticeship, and hospital-based birth work, Lauren returns to the practice with a fresh perspective and heartfelt purpose.

She is a certified Integrative and Functional Medicine Practitioner through the Women’s Integrative Medicine Institute and has trained with leading experts, including Aviva Romm, Sarah Thompson, and the Institute for Functional Medicine. With a lifelong passion for nutrition, meditation, and yoga, Lauren blends holistic wisdom with evidence-based care to empower women in all stages of life.
